Richard is a gaming and tech industry veteran whose career in the sector has spanned three decades and three continents. He launched a number of successful products in Asia before developing new brands across the UK, Europe and the Americas based on those successes in the early 00’s. He has previously worked in both the B2B and B2C sectors across Europe including setting up tech hubs in the UK, Malta, Romania and Estonia.

Bo has 20 years of iGaming experience managing large groups of product managers, software developers and mathematicians. Previously, Bo was the Head of Maths at Playtech and Senior Producer at Roxor Gaming/Gamesys. Under his management, he believes in mentoring his team and giving them the room to they need to develop their own methods on how best to build and design new products.

Archie has been in the iGaming sector for over 20 years working primarily with KPMG. He was most recently with 188bet and Luckbox. He has been involved with many stock exchange listings as well as mergers and acquisitions for Playtech, 888, Sportingbet and Partygaming to name a few. Archie has also assisted in helping many companies successfully apply for licenses in the UK and Isle of Man.

Roberta is an accredited ACCA Accountant with a strong background in Sales, Compliance & Finance. Based in Malta she oversees the Openbox operation. Roberta spent time at SiGMA where she built up her understanding of the gaming industry whilst developing a strong network of industry contacts with suppliers, operators and affiliates. She then moved on to Condor Gaming where she was responsible for managing the business development and operations.

Chao has over 10 years of experience in the igaming industry. He has worked as a technical architect and senior developer at Playtech. Over the years he has developed many of the most popular slot games on the market, as well as developing the architecture of slot games and generating significant financial returns for his former employers. At this stage, he is responsible for the aggregation platform Bridge and has worked seamlessly with many well-known game providers at this stage.

Charlie, our esteemed Project Manager has been at the forefront of the iGaming industry since 2009. With a wealth of experience and insights, Charlie has previously served in a key role at Playtech. As a seasoned Project Manager, she brings a unique blend of expertise and vision to our team. Charlie’s exceptional leadership has consistently delivered successful outcomes, making her an invaluable asset. Her commitment to excellence and innovation is evident in every project she undertakes.
